Booking Request Form

Please fill out the form below if you're a new client and would like to make a booking.  Existing clients please click here for the client portal.

Due to the volume of enquiries we receive we cannot take requests on the phone or verbally.  We have to have a clear record of the key information we need to determine if we can help you.  If you have additional dates please send one form per block. We will typically get back to your via the mobile number provided within 24 hours of submission if we can help you.

*Visits need to be confirmed before 4pm the evening before dates and where applicable a key dropped off before 6pm that evening to qualify.

 

** Longer weekend visits, time slot visits & twice daily visits will be dependant on availability, and won’t be offered on the days you travel. 

 

4 month minimum contract period, cancel anytime. Billed on the 1st of every month covering the month ahead.

How many cats will there be to feed?
We visit once a day between 9-6pm, visits are done to a route which may change daily, so we do not offer set time slots within this period. Please acknowledge that you understand this and that visits will be once a day at no particular set time.

Goes in and out of a cat flap which is open all of the time
Goes out during the day but is locked in overnight (please note as we cannot be there to do this in the evening if your cat isn't allowed free reign of the flap or there is no curfew setting we recommend they are kept in with a tray)
